It's not good to dangle a child over a big cat railing at the zoo
One of the things a person should never do is dangle a toddler over a big cat railing at the zoo.
According to the Associated Press, a Cleveland, Ohio woman did just that while visiting the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo with her two-year-old toddler and his father.
The Associated Press reported that the woman dropped the toddler into the Cheetah enclosure. She and the toddler’s father then jumped into the enclosure, grabbed the toddler, and hauled tail out of there.
The toddler had some bumps and bruises but he is okay. Luckily for everyone involved, the Cheetahs weren’t in the mood to have a snack that day because they had already had themselves a full coarse meal.
Unfortunately for the woman, just the thought that a mother would endanger her child to the point that he could become a snack for some big cats was just too much for the public too bear.
So, the zoo officials did what anybody else would do. They filed child endangerment charges against the woman.
